Sie hat einen Eignerwechsel vor rund vier Jahren erlebt, und als der neue Eigner, Morten, sich Anfang 2017 dazu entschloss, mit seiner Familie nach Bornholm \u00fcberzusiedeln und dort ein neues Bierprojekt zu starten, war er noch optimistisch, dass sich rasch jemand aus der Kopenhagener Bierszene finden w\u00fcrde, der \u00d8lbutikken<\/a> weiter f\u00fchren w\u00fcrde:<\/p>\n \u201eKind Sir’s, gentle ladies, I hope, when these lines reach you, they may find you in the best of health. \u2013 As most of you know, a beer journey is seldom a straight line and my journey is about to shift direction. Slightly bored with the big city (village that is Copenhagen) life, my family is moving to the small island of Bornholm for new adventures. \u2013 Leaving \u00d8lbutikken<\/a> behind has not been an easy decision – mostly because of all of you. It has been an amazing 3,5 years where I like to think I have made some absolutely fantastic new friends from around the world.
