<\/a>After a short warm up and welcome, the group first visited the nearby brewery \u201cPrivatbrauerei Gie\u00dfen\u201d. The brewery\u2019s CEO, Achim Franzen, presented the brewery in every detail and finally introduced the new product portfolio in a short degustation in the tasting room on top of the brewery tower. This way, the home brewers were not only impressed by the interesting range of new tastes and aromas provided by Whisky Lager or unfiltered K\u00f6lsch style ale, but by the stunning view over the city of Gie\u00dfen and the surrounding meadows and hills as well.<\/p>\n
