The brewpub \u201cMeiers Lebenslust\u201d<\/a> (Meier\u2019s Lust for Life) operates under this original name since June 2012. The owners, Christine Nardien and Ralph Klemke, want to combine contemporary German cuisine with seasonal and regional specialties, and to brew own beer in order to become a centre for good food and good beer in the area around the Hanoverian Aegidientorplatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorota Chrapek<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to vigorously spread this news, and supported by brew master Ralf M\u00fcnch, on 22nd July 2012 a show brewing was organized to which the best Polish home Brewster, Dorota Chrapek, was invited. Dorota, who had won the Grand Champion in 2010<\/a>, should brew her winning recipe, a Belgian Pale Ale, on 22nd July on the brewing plant at Meiers Lebenslust<\/a>, and the restaurant owners had not only prepared a great brunch, but also organized live music by the \u201cSwing Company Hannover\u201d and invited to a homebrewers\u2019 meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plan worked. Many curious guests gathered in and spent a very interesting day, enjoyed great food and tasty beer with lively music all over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, the pictorial report speaks for itself \u2013 all in all it was a successful brew day, during which Dorota demonstrated her brewing skills and all the guests got their money\u2019s worth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
